Video top and bottom being cropped

Describe the bug Top and bottom part of video is being cropped. Problem does not exist in other media player such as VLC and Mi Video. Video is in mkv format 2.39:1 ratio.

From what I know based on similar issue, this is usually caused by the wrong setting of the video file. If the issue persists for anyone, share a specific sample so I can have a look.
