Safari on Windows 10 #64

The select elements are skewed right, and I can't access the 'Clear' button unless I resize the window to something smaller.

Also, the 'Economic' section renders off-page bs_win10_safari_5 1

Oh, I see that testing for this combo isn't necessary. I'll leave it open in case you want to address it.

could well be the same issue as Windows #63

I was not able to reproduce on browserstack. Since the are cols in bootstrap, which is thoroughly cross-platform - I'm going to assume it was related to the resolution of the window on browserstack
