Update to latest react-router and use hooks #14

This PR include PR #12 and PR #13 in an effort to modernize the MERN stack demo application.

Migrated class components to functions with hooks
Updated the React Router to the latest version
HTTP requests are now done with the native fetch
Axios dependency was removed
Strings are now build with string literals
Uses async/await rather than promises for http requests
Added the for attribute to labels
useEffect was fixed to avoid infinite re-rendering
Fixed a bug with the server where the delete requests were never closed.
