Description

Rebased off of Scott's current PR, sorry for the double up shown!

• Ensured Quickstart sections on all Example readme's
• Ensured that each example used and had available the npm start command
• Added top level readme for the example directory
• Added links to each example at the top level Readme
• Removed all instanced of the global parcel install
• Fixed the ChartId issue pointed out by Tom

Changes look good - are you going to do the tenant swticheroo in this PR or separately?

Doesn't matter to me! :) Happy to merge this now and do that tomorrow when the tenant is upgraded.
