These tags will allow us to define targeted Periodic Builds to limit concurrency.

Looks good. Should this PR also aim to include the updated docs on readX vs. writeX and all those enumerated type tags? Or do you feel that's best handled in another?

Let's try it out first, and then close the ticket with a documentation PR. :smile:
