UI(JavaScript): add popup with information about the server. #31

A message needs to pop up when we hover over the server's icon. Make the message have some opacity.

Any info that's actually necessary to understand what's going on should always be visible (e.g., I shouldn't have to rollover a server to see what its hostname is). But this would be fine for supplementary info.
