Jira: (DOCSP-33059) [UI] Fix suggested prompts & other LG Chat tweaks

Upgrades LG Chat packages
- Fixes user avatar responsiveness
- Fixes suggested prompt dropdown z-index + scrolling on sticky divs (by not using a React portal)
