(DOCSP)-29384 Clarify the need to name the custom schema when loading it into drdl #413

  1. Overview (launch) -- see the overview section (corresponds to the launch.txt file changes).

  2. Load a schema

  3. drdl option: name-schema

  4. command: upload

  5. NEW drdl option: --name

  6. NEW drdl option: --schema
