No associated Jira ticket. We've gotten some feedback about the Realm Flipper plugin not working. This is because that project is no longer being maintained. We shouldn't keep documentation for an effectively dead feature/product. Especially since it no longer works.
Also removed set up information for using the Atlas GraphQL API in the Flutter SDK.
This PR also fixes an unrelated malformed link.
