(DOCSP-37884) Update to realm_dart v3.0.0 and update logger content

In addition to updating the Logger content, I updated the test suite to use realm_dart v3.0.0, fixed a bunch of failing tests, and regenerated snippets. There are still two failing tests related to changes to sync progress.
