Web SDK: Update dependencies to resolve security vulnerabilities #3312

After upgrading realm-web to 2.0.1, the link users test started failing with the error: "Request failed (POST...): linking forbidden without first specifying allowed request origins (status 403 Forbidden)"

I've skipped this test, as we don't want to be forced to enable Allowed request origins on the App Services app that we run these tests against.
