Fix cr script fetch tags #266

This was tested successfully with traces and a stop before the actual release: https://github.com/mongodb/helm-charts/actions/runs/6651100401/job/18073842512

See that:

It finds the tags properly.
It notices that it only needs to release the mongodb-atlas-operator-crds-1.9.1:
