[enterprise-operator] Failed to start on ARM64 nodes #310

What did you do to encounter the bug? Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run on any ARM64 type nodes

Additional context As https://quay.io/repository/mongodb/mongodb-enterprise-operator-ubi?tab=tags doesn't provide ARM64 type images.

is there any plans to add support of that in the near future? otherwise, it'd be nice to set by default https://github.com/mongodb/helm-charts/blob/main/charts/enterprise-operator/values.yaml#L29
