Rename Charts

Following this discussion in #65 and #70 I'm proposing the following renames/fixes:

Current name	Proposed name
mongodb-atlas-operator	atlas-operator
mongodb-atlas-operator-crds	atlas-operator-crds
atlas-cluster	atlas-database
mongodb-kubernetes-operator	community-operator

• mongodb-kubernetes-operator was renamed by mistake, it should be renamed to community-operator.
• community-operator-crds will remain the same.
• atlas-cluster -- I think cluster is way too used in the Kubernetes universe. I think we should use database; it will be more consistent with enterprise-database and community-database.

New charts

We are currently moving the Enterprise Operator Chart into this repo, the proposed names are as follows:

Proposed name	Purpose
enterprise-operator	Chart to deploy the Operator
enterprise-operator-ops-manager	Chart to deploy MongoDBOpsManager instances (not yet available)
enterprise-operator-database	Chart to deploy MongoDB instances (not yet available)

Deprecated charts

There are a few Charts in the repo that will be removed. They have not been updated in a while and I don't think there's going to be any impact if we remove them.
