[x] Make sure there are generated JSON files from the YAML test files - not applicable.
[x] Test changes in at least one language driver - not applicable.
[x] Test these changes against all server versions and topologies (including standalone, replica set, sharded clusters, and serverless) - not applicable.

The underlying issue of suppressing command errors is also a pitfall in the core transaction API. Should we update that spec too?
