This looks like a large PR, but it mostly replicates the Podfile and pbxproj changes from Jason's sync PR. Just look at each of the commit-specific changes minus the "xcodeproj changes from prev commit" commit.

I've already published 4.1.0 and 4.1.1 docs (see https://s3.amazonaws.com/stitch-sdks/swift/docs/4.1.1/index.html), but I'd like to publish these changes as 4.1.2 so that the link to the API docs at https://cocoapods.org/pods/StitchSDK points to the latest version instead of to 4.0.5.
