feat: Add `failed` attribute to `mongodbatlas_cloud_backup_snapshot_restore_job`

Description

failed attribute is missing from resource/data-source representing snapshot restore job. It would be useful to have it so that we can see the full picture of the restore job from within terraform representation.

Thank you @piotrj for submitting this PR to the MongoDB Atlas Terraform Provider! We'll look into it as soon as possible. FYI due to security reasons on running full tests we'll need to create a separate PR generated by us and cherry pick your changes so you can appear as a contributor (we don't have a better process at the moment, so bear with us).
