test: Adds support for mocked-acceptance-tests

Description

• Adds support for mocked-acceptance-tests
• Adds 3 mocked acceptance tests, prefixed with TestMock
• Adds testutil.unit.http_mocker that powers the tests
• Updates all the mocked testdata for advancedclustertpf
