New PyPI Release To Support Python 3.12? #58

I see the code has been updated to support 3.12, but there hasn't been a release on PyPI since those changes. Can a new release be made?

Hi @gs-hopkiz, I agree we should make a release. I'm going to set up PyPI trusted publishing (PYTHON-4106), and then we can use that to make the release.
