Please update documentation #101

The documentation at http://mongoid.org/en/origin/ is about Origin 1.0.0

Since most of the feature were changed and/or removed, I suggest you to update the docs

I was finally able to manage what to fix by taking a look at the specs

Unfortunately I don't think to have the resources to write down the whole origin documentation, but I will try to make a pull request which includes a warning about the outdated documentation
