Temperature Units #10

Hello, does this work to show the current temperature of the unit?

This device is reporting 36 degrees but set to 70. Other sensors in the room report 70.

And am in USA. Maybe this needs to translate from C to F?

Looks like temperature units can be changed from the Eve App. Suggest to update README.
