Shelly 2.5 rebooting when SW1 turned off

Hey!

Okay, this is a weird one... I have a Shelly 2.5 and flashed it with 2.11.2. I can observe the following behaviour:

Turn on SW1 (fan)
Turn on SW2 (light)
Turn off SW1 and SW2 will turn off as well, but after about 4-5 seconds it turns back ok.
At the same time the device is unresponsive and when I reload the page I can see that the uptime is just a few seconds.

This happens regardless of me doing it via the web interface or the physical switch.
I initially thought it might be a wiring issue, but reverting to stock firmware solves the issue.
Only one of my Shelly 2.5 seems to have this issue.

The logs don't show anything useful.
