WiFi problems on 2.5 & cannot update firmware. #1373

The device has been in use for more than a year but suddenly stopped working in Homekit. It seems to loose WiFi connection often and then regains wifi without intervention. Not a WiFi strength problem, no new devices or routers on WiFi. Firmware 2.11.1. Have been trying to upgrade to 2.11.2 but unable to, log keeps saying: 2092157076 mgos_ota_core.c:771 begin: waiting for user

Maybe just a hardware issue but I thougth I might as well submit if anyone has any good ideas.

That’s a typical hardware issue. Mostly a capacitor is dead. You can replace them, google for it

No, if it's only good for a year, I'll replace them with something else.
