Read The Docs For Monica #1828

Hey @asbiin!

Talked to @djaiss over E-Mail about re-writing the Moncia docs inside the Read The Docs platform. If you recall, I edited the Ubuntu installation instructions a while back with some comments I had during my standalone installation, and would be happy to do the same for all of the rest of the instructions + some better explanations of e-mail integration and general configuration.

I'm short on time so this might be a long-term thing, but feels like this could really help people.

Hi @tomgs ! I don't see the benefit of an external platform rather than use the doc in the repositories?

@asbiin Not sure I follow.

Read The Docs is just easier on the eyes and easier to browse, at least in my opinion. But I do not have a really good reason for it aside from the fact that I'd like to play with it for a bit, and this seems like a great opportunity to do so.

I'll leave the decision up to you. In any case - I would be happy to get some guidance on the docs project - how do you want to go about this?
