Propose to open webcams near a contact #2323

The recent weather feature is great. It helps seeing the weather of the location of a contact.

We could also propose to open a webcam near a location (place), using https://www.lookr.com/ With the coordinates of a place, we can ask for the nearest webcam, and open the recent images from that webcam. There is an API here: https://fr.webcams.travel/api/

What‘s the use case of this? Also, do you expect this to be used frequently enough to warrant inclusion into Monica instead of just manually going to lookr or a similar site?
