Error prevents adding relationships between existing contacts

Navigate to https://app.monicahq.com/people Select a contact Under “Love Relationships”, click “Add” Select “An existing contact” Search and select an existing contact

Expected:

• No validation error is displayed until the form is submitted
• When a validation error does occur, it is displayed on the current form
• When a validation error occurs in the middle of a form fill, it does not clear the form

Actual:

• Form is cleared and changes to “Add a new person” form, validation error occurs: “The of contact field is required.”

I cannot reproduce this error, everything is fine with me.
