Please add Ukrainian language #4062

BTW, we have a problem => there's apostroph in Ukrainian language " ' " symbol but it's used in code and breaks lines :(

@alexriabtsev Hi! Did you read https://github.com/monicahq/monica/blob/master/docs/contribute/translate.md ? Translations are handled in crowdin, Ukranian is now open here: https://crowdin.com/project/monicahq/uk . BTW crowdin handles apostroph without any issue.

Yep, I made it locally already. WIll tranfer to crowdin

@asbiin I have finished translating into Ukrainian (and fixing minor issues I found along the way). Could you please approve the translations to make them available in the latest stable release?
