Unread messages insufficiently visible #209

A visual indicator of which tab has unread messages should be provided (e.g. 
flash background). 

Additionally if the web browser is not in focus then the browser should flash 
on the Explorer task 
bar.

Please can you provide the visual indication in the tab. 

The original report is as entered by a user. I suspect that they are recalling 
behaviour by applications which will 
cause changes in the task bar to notify users of events. This may not be 
possible with a browser.
