Layout sometime messes up in IE6 with lots of tabs open #271

This is really difficult to reproduce, and doesn't seem to happen when 
viewing in GWT dev mode :(

When there are lots of tabs open, sometimes the content within all the tabs 
is squished into the corner and all the overlays appear squished in the left 
quarter of the window.

This may also be related to the way we've integrated hablar (and so may only 
happen on our version) but is very hard to reproduce so I'll create an issue 
here too.

I don;t seem to have encountered this problem again, so I guess my fix (making 
the tab layout panel hide inactive tab panels using visiblity:hidden rather 
than display:none) must have worked.
