User page does not work under IE6

When you click on the higher bar, the "false appearance" of the user page 
makes the UI completely blank, therefore unusable.
It seems that the problem is that the docked higher bar is fixed to 24 
pixels and it does not shift.

I struggled to come out with a solution but failed.
It seems that the problem is that the container of the overlay does not resize 
well. However, if I try to resize it, it still disappears.
Probably it is best to move to another overlay, just like the one containing 
the other users' profiles.
I can't work on it ATM, so I remove my ownership.

I close it. I noticed that it does not work with my customization, but with the 
base layout it works. I think there is a problem on my side.

I reopened it since I found (and fixed locally) the problem.
By changing layout modification from "setTopHeight" (with height=100%) to 
setTopBottom (both equals to 0) i have the same behaviour as before, and it 
works under IE6.
It does not seem to work when the Hablar widget is inserted inside another 
widget.
