Presence messages do not update roster #319

When the server sends a presence message, the client does not update the roster 
item.

However, if I chat with the newly entered contact, the presence is correctly 
shown in the header.

After debugging a bit, I notice that the EmiteEventBus instance used in 
RosterGroupPresenter (where the contacts are updated) is different to the one 
registered "officially" and the update never gets called.
