Update to Zabbix 4.0.6 and fixes #124 #125

This PR update the image of dockbix to Zabbix 4.0.6 and fixes the issue #124. Please do let me know if this PR is incomplete, I don't really know if you've to manually create the tag by yourself to make the PR working.

Hi thanks. Fixed by another commit + latest is managed by Travis.
