A lot of incorrect rows with rowNum 0 #170

When iterating rows of this file there are a lot of incorrect rows with rowNum 0 (they has empty cellMapping and not displaing in MS Office). Real rows are reading correct. Here is the file (90mb) https://drive.google.com/open?id=1u8jHXv1Gu09NrI-KkrRxrjkME50dO4br
