collision detection not running

Hey Guys..i'd like first to record my huge interest of your work, really it the 
only robust and complete i could find on the internet. keep it up :)

my problem is..for some reason it seems that the collision detection code is 
not running anymore ! for example when i try to run the Example_script.m file , 
the simulation does not detect the contacts anymore with me, and the objects 
penetrates the cube obj !! 

although i ran the same script before and built many others and they were all 
working fine !

i did two things after since my last time: 1- upgraded my Matlab virsion to 
Matlab 2012b 64, 2- i updated the rpi-simulator files according to the last 
version r366 

now its not detecting contacts anymore !

any help plz ??

Should be working now.  You may have to adjust the eps values at the start of 
'collision_detection.m' in order get better results.
