How to prevent content/about/index.md from showing as a post? #3

My index.md file inside content/about/ shows as a post in the website's home page. Is it possible to prevent this from happening?

I have the same issue but that can work around by delete <li> tag of that about page in index.html file when publishing, and yeah it's kind of annoying since have to do that every times launching the site
