Add a cost point system #15

We could add a cost system for weapons and addons:

Like: Sniper 100pt. Pistol: 50PT

Shield: 20 PT Medic Pack: 30 PT Magazin: 10Pt

So a gamemaster can decide the max amount of points a player can spend and the player can pick their options in the points range.
