Add Bluetooth LE Support #22

To Exchange data in a short range without having wifi on it would be nice to use the bluetooth le stack on the pis.

Over Bluetooth we can exchange following data:

Main Box -> It's wifi data
Main Box -> Configuration ? No need for Wifi
Player -> Medic charge
Player -> Give Ammo
CaptureTheFlag -> Flag owned over a beacon ?
Zombi mode -> if healed ?
