Fix Auto Focus mode with with AfTrigger #11

Currently when you set AfMode to Auto Focus nothing really happens. Whats missing is the AfTrigger button to start the auto focus process

if you keep hitting AfMode it will attempt to refocus so thats kinda like the AfTrigger... shelving this ticket for now and will look at it again later if there is a use case)
