Add ScalerCrop setting #4

Adding the inputs will be easy but the challenge will be to visualise the changes. Div inside a div maybe? Outer Div would be the max accepted setting from picam2.camera_controls and the inner div would be the parameters set.

ScalerCrop has been added for a test. Not final

Its official we have a basic Scaler Crop setting
