Home Assistant Support

Pull Lat/Long for weather from HA config
Pulls sensor data from sensor entities specifed in config.py
Red Alert Toggles between Red Alert and Normal HA scenes. Scenes configurable in config.py
Latest versions of pydantic and pydantic-core break HomeAssistant-API. Pegged current working versions in requirements.txt
Use .env file to save HA_TOKEN and HA_API_SERVER so secrets don't get checked into source control. source .env before running python3 app.py

This also seems to contain my previous config class PR as well. I'm not the best with branches, sorry. :/

This all works pretty nicely. As I mentioned in my proposal issue, I think I'm going to hard fork the concept and go redo this in Quart as a learning exercise. Feel free to take or reject my PRs.
