RC1 Graphics globals #557

I did not adjust for RC1 offsets in the comments next to each member variable for two reasons:

  1. It is 12 am
  2. It will be helpful for 1.0x

Other than that... I triple checked. This decompiles and recompiles perfectly.

ah wait I'm not sure that it recompiles properly 😅
