There was a complete re-think/re-write of the algorithm to generate the indexes/vertexes when exporting so that the method matches what is used by the game. Because of this, exporting imported models should now be a lot more accurate.
There is still an issue with the shape of the bound hulls, but I think this is not solvable (and anyway, not important).
