install limit/home switches #11

The HobbyCNC driver does not support limit switches (or homing switches). This means only soft-limits prevent axis crashes, and homing must be done by eye. Automated homing will fix #4 also.

LTP used to drive the foamcutter board does not have enough spare pins to manually install limit switches. Per comment in #10, two new PCI parallel port card has been orderd. Decomissioning the motherboard LPT may or may not improve jitter, but a second port will provide enough raw pins to install 8 (2 per axis) individualy monitored limit switches, 4 of which could also be used for home switches (due to the machine's low momentum).

Pack of 10 limit switches have also been ordered, along with 1K and 10K ohm resisters. I think I have a bag of DB25 plugs somewhere so I didn't order that or another strait-through M-F parallel cable.
