improve cable management #12

controller -> stepper cables are inconveniently short with the current configuration (out and around the table). A catch-and-pull hazard exists with the current vertical axis stepper lines and tool-power lines. PC -> controller, 240v -> PC, 240v -> 12v PSU (controller), 240v -> 33c AC (tool) lines also require cable management. This will also be made worse after #11, with another 16 wires.
