Improve docs for installation. #1

I tried to read the links yet, installing this plugin is quite complex.

I think a good idea a step by step to install and use this plugin.

You are absolutely right... I hope to find some time this week to add some improvements that I have on my list (including documentation).

Things should also get a bit easier once the content is served by a real web server. Once I have something more stable I'll ask Alan if this could be hosted directly at wakatime.com
