MobMuPlat PdWrapper error #102

On my new computer (Mac Book pro M3) Pd Wrapper for MobMuPlat reports error: send: Can't assign requested address (49) How can I get it to work? Pd-0.54-1 does not communicate with the MobMuPlat Editor Thanks
