add an icon to the right of the title (tags in this case) which either represents and or or (could just do a text icon && and ||)

can you expand a little bit more on this? I'd like to work on this issue but I am not sure if I understand it completely.

The tags section in the account filters currently will match any result that matches any of the selected tags. The issue is about adding a mode, in which the result has to match ALL tags to be shown.
