Add Close Button to error messages so users can dismiss them #71

This resolves issue #70 .

thank you! didn't realize it was this easy haha.

I actually am going to just remove these notifications altogether. I have plans to have a dedicated component that displays relay status/info at some point but for now these are just annoying. but still good to have option to close notifications.
