Cannot upload files #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Uploading files
Importing dbase
changing config.php to reflect site URL
Opening up store front to log in as Admin (admin/test)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output - to be able to access Admin user and other "demo
installed" users.

Everytime a link is clicked within Admin area requires to re-log in and if
getting to the point to make changes informs that not authorised.

Also cannot delete any of the other users (as per install.txt)

Am also getting error log that cannot access /tmp/ folder - this could well
be a problem with ISP which will be checked.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.8.1

Please provide any additional information below.

The site looks good however can't prove its value at the moment.

I like the clean lines :-)

Check the forums for assistance. Sounds not like a bug, but like a 
configuration issue.
