Axes Out of Order on heatmaps #9

Heatmaps sometimes put the phases or equivalent out of order. This is most likely due to capitalization. Either have plotly ignore the capitalization of all, or get rid of it during upload stage. Normalizing during upload stage may be best solution.

Attempted to normalize to lowercase only. While it did change to lowercase, it did not fix the order, so it must be something else.
